Letter Of Intent To Leave Apartment

Wednesday architecture Extra: Tips for housing reform! (II)

Good morning!

just a month ago I talked about in this post (click here ) of tips to consider when housing reform. Many we had learned from our experience, and our other studies of architecture (for something they had to serve). We had to cut to keep the amount of information contained in the post was too .....

A month after we return to power to bring you the advice that we were in the pipeline:

6. If you have no budget to do all the work at once, you can select certain items to make later. What can be? Of course, lamps. can live with bulbs in the ceiling (we witness) until the economic situation allows purchase. And the windows . If they are really bad, and leave you no comfort is an important problem, changing a window to reform is not made "a obrón." It is a change that can be done quickly and relatively clean.

7. Much care with state of the walls and ceilings . It is very likely that an old floor has gotelé or other relief that you please leave you flat. Gotta take into account time and money the entire process in addition to painting, i n includes: gotelé scrape or similar and to smooth the plaster after facing, all before painting or wallpapering

What do you think putting a vinyl when the wall is arregladita? I love them!

8. Much careful closing terraces .. .. a terrace is ready to be open. The parapet of the terrace usually takes no insulation, not isolation from the outside. If we close it we must ensure that the wall that separates the reformed exterior and interior have proper insulation.
Look at the schedule:

9. The colored, white , personally I love, make the spaces appear larger, very important in almost every home. However, we must be careful colored soils, because in their dirt is much and we can find a problem .... or a lot or we will clean the floor always looking dirty.

So far the second part of our humble advice ..... Have you got any to give us for future reforms?

kisses and happy Wednesday of architecture!

teresa
